Tooling is designed and manufactured "in-house" at Composiflex.  We have all of the manufacturing equipment typically required to manufacture our tools.  However, we also have a team of qualified suppliers that can be leveraged for any lead time issues and/or for access to special machining and other process capabilities.  Our tooling options include:

• Metal tools (both one-sided and matched die)
• Composite tools
• Temporary tools for prototypes and short run product
• A variety of fixtures for machining, bonding, assembly, and inspection
