Product Engineer

Responsibilities Include:

•     Composite product 3D modeling and drafting using Solidworks

•     Perform analysis of composite products per customer specifications using Cosmos

•     Creation of bill-of materials and in-house work instructions

•     Coordinate vendor outsourcing for prototyping and initial production as needed

•     Support manufacturing 

•     Develop innovative products to help customers lead their industries

•     Develop processes and methods to reduce costs.

•     Manage customer relations for various fields including Medical, Ballistic, and Industrial.

Basic Qualifications

•     BS Mechanical Engineering, BS Mechanical Engineering Technology, or equivalent

•     3 years of demonstrated experience in product development and structural analysis

•     Ability to travel 10% of the time

 Desired

•     BS or MS Mechanical Engineering

•     Experience in Composite product fabrication

•     Experience in Composite product analysis

•     Knowledge of light fabrication manufacturing processes
